Davis & Floyd teamed with THS Constructors and McMillan Pazdan Smith through the design-build delivery method to develop the Greenwood Speculative Building in the North Greenwood Industrial Park.
Davis & Floyd took the project from planning to execution for this 100,000 SF precast concrete building expandable to 200,000 SF with an additional 50,000 SF pad located in the rear of the property. The design incorporated access roads, passenger vehicle parking, truck loading dock and court, and traffic circulation scenario. We designed the grading, parking lot, access road, and 1.04-acre stormwater pond.
All of this was accomplished below budget and ahead of schedule.
