Our fully equipped environmental laboratory performs contract laboratory work for the US Environmental Protection Agency. This laboratory has full accreditation for Bulk Asbestos Analysis by PLM from the US Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology, and National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP LAB CODE: 101410-0).
Our Environmental Division provides asbestos and lead paint surveys, abatement design, and monitoring. Our asbestos abatement design team has received EPA-accredited training and is thoroughly familiar with the requirements of asbestos management.
We provide comprehensive field services for various indoor air complaint / investigation aspects, including mold investigations. We collect surface samples, bulk samples, and ambient air monitoring. Our aerobiologists are trained in the identification and enumeration of mold spores. Spores are keyed out to the genus level and counted. Comparative studies are conducted with complaint and background areas. Our certified mold remediation specialists can then design correction plans.
