Actively engaged in environmental monitoring and compliance at municipal and industrial solid waste landfills, we are very familiar with regulatory and technical aspects of landfill gas monitoring and management. We develop and implement landfill gas monitoring programs and design methane gas recovery systems.
We provide hazardous waste management consulting services ranging from small, simple quantity generators to large, complex National Priorities List (NPL) sites. We manage projects involving excavation and removal of drums containing flammable hazardous wastes from municipal landfills as well as design of contaminated groundwater treatment systems.
Davis & Floyd has represented operators of hazardous waste facilities before various regulatory agencies and has provided expert witness testimony in civil lawsuits. With our knowledge and experience, we have been successful in assisting industry in obtaining favorable rulings that positively impact their overall hazardous waste management programs and bottom lines. Our staff routinely provides RCRA compliance audits to facilities as well as trains their personnel in the proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste.
