Most development or infrastructure projects require that an environmental permit be acquired. Impacts to receiving streams, waters of the US, wetlands, etc. require permits to be issued by federal, state, or local governments. Davis & Floyd is experienced in preparing documentation and negotiating mitigation strategies for projects requiring Section 10, 404, and 408 permits as well as 401 Water Quality and Coastal Zone Consistency Certifications. We have successfully gained approval for projects with permit requirements ranging from small nationwide permits to complicated individual permits with robust mitigation plans.
