with a BS degree in Civil Engineering or 4 years experience and Civil
Engineering Technologies. Experience should be related to roadway design
for public agencies including state departments of transportation and
local governments and include knowledge and design capability utilizing Microstation and Geopak software. Exposure to roadway drainage design,
NEPA requirements, traffic control, land disturbance permitting, and
construction knowledge is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include
development of preliminary plans through final construction plans and

Architectural Intern/
Architectural Designer
Architects must be licensed in South Carolina or able to obtain
licensure through reciprocity. Architectural Interns must be within one
year of sitting for the registration exam. A minimum of four years
experience is required in the practice of architecture. Position will
require skills in design, client contact, project management,
computer-aided drawing (Autocad 2004 or later), and construction
administration. The ability to clearly communicate technical
information to staff and clients is essential.

Transportation Division of Davis & Floyd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Water
Resources Engineer to support highway transportation projects.
Respondent should be experienced with SCDOT Drainage Requirements
including inlet spacing layout, stormsewer design, bridge hydraulics,
culvert design, and preparation of FEMA studies. Respondent should have
8-20 years of experience including extensive knowledge and design
capability utilizing ArcGis, HEC-RAS, HEC-1 & 2, HEC-HMS, ICPR, RiverCAD,
SWMM, SedCAD, TR-55, PondPack, Microstation and Geopak Drainage
software. Respondent should be highly motivated with ability to manage
multiple projects and be able to lead a team of engineers to meet
budgetary and time sensitive deadlines. Typical candidate should have a
Masters Degree in Water Resources, PE license, and have CFM
training/certification.
