We perform master planning for universities to determine the most effective use of limited land and resources for future expansion as well as relocation of academic and housing buildings on campus. The planning process includes a charette to involve all key decision-makers.

The initial steps of programming and master planning are critical to the success of existing sites and complexes as well as new developments. We firmly believe that the client is the most important member of the team. Listening to the client’s needs and aspirations, we develop evaluations and recommendations based on client input and our expertise.

During planning and evaluation of new properties and developments, our architects coordinate with our in-house surveyors and technicians. These professionals provide diverse services, including topography, property, tree, wetlands, right-of-way, critical line, and GIS database and mapping.
